Sorry but to save your time and ensure order details accuracy, all order must be made through online and you may select to pay by cash upon delivery, or pay by debit card, credit card, or paypal. Yes, any changes or cancelation to your order you must write in to us at with at least 28 hours of advance notice. We will not be able to make changes or cancellation if notice given is lesser than 28 hours.


We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express), Debit Card, PayPal, and Online Bank Transfer. All online transaction information will not be kept with and it’s all processed by the most reputable PayPal & FPX secured payment gateway.

All successful order will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it’s not in your inbox.


Currently our delivery in East Malaysia & West Malaysia. We do not ship internationally. You may check our delivery coverage areas at HERE.

Upon checkout you will have the option to select your preferred delivery time slot (whether in the morning anytime 9am-2pm, or afternoon anytime 2pm-6pm). However we are unable to provide exact time delivery or facilitate other delivery time frame other than the stated, as all orders are taken out for delivery from one area to another, and it’s subjected to traffic condition and weather.

Yes same day delivery is available for selected areas in KL and Selangor, and it has to be order before 1pm on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holiday. For delivery in other states we require 2 days of advance order.

One day prior to your delivery, you will receive an email or SMS notification confirming your delivery, and a tracking number will be given for you to check your order status with its instructions.

Delivery is FREE for purchase above RM40, and a flat rate of only RM6 for handling and delivery is charged for order below RM40.

Yes we do door step delivery to houses, office, factory, and for hotel our delivering partner will only deliver up to the lobby or reception.

All Sinyia products are 100% alcohol and lard free. All process and ingredients are properly screened through to ensure our customer can enjoy our food with peace of mind.
